Administrative Assistant hourly position open for 20 – 25 hours/wk, in coordination with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors. Knowledge of non-profit organizations, arts marketing, Microsoft Office, graphic design tools and previous administrative experience is required. Work hours are flexible, but take place Mondays-Fridays at the office at 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington (accessible by MetroBus and DASH bus – there is free parking behind the building) . Assistance is required for some performances or non-business day hours. Compensation DOE and subject to board approval. Administrative Associate Description

Volunteer Board of Directors
We are seeking Board Members to help with programming in Arlington, Alexandria and Washington DC. We offer projects for older adults, family-friendly performances, after school projects and intensive camps. The artistic productions are unique partnerships with music, media, and visual artists. If you have a desire to lead, and the time to offer your expertise, we are looking to fill several board vacancies. Read At a Glance to get quick overview of our board’s details.
The Board of Directors:
• networks with business and non-profit organizations in Alexandria & Arlington;
• cultivates donors and promotes individual giving;
• aids in program planning and offers guidance in marketing and financial management
Expected Time Commitment: The board meets every 4 to 6 weeks on Tuesdays evenings at 7 pm at 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive in Arlington. Volunteers for Productions, After School Projects or Summer Camps
This is a great way to gain community service hours, get in touch with innovative educators, assume a leadership role, and have a great time with fun and focused people. If you wish to volunteer for productions as a theater technician, front-of-house staff, or as an educator for after school projects and summer camps, please apply by completing and submitting the forms below. You will receive a letter of completion and certificate documenting your hours of service. We welcome older adults as well as teens, age 15 and above.
